I have been craving eggs and nothing but eggs..especially soft boiled eggs. maybe I got inspired after visiting YA KUN KAYA TOAST shop with Jinnie on Friday..?? I saw an ah pek slowly putting soya sauce and pepper. stirring it and then savouring it until so shiok! Somehow that visit got me thinking I have not eaten eggs for a long time...
And so I gorged myself when I reached home.. I ate SEVEN eggs in one go! all soft boiled...then today I ate 3.. so over 2 days I ate TEN eggs!!!!
OH MY FRIKKIN GOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
EGG ALERT!!! *BEE BOR BEE BOR BEE BOR...*
CAN THE CHIKINS SQUEEZE MORE EGGS OUTTA THEIR ASSES??

anyway I would like to share my brainwave with anybody and everybody who ever coudn'y make a proper soft boiled egg without under or overshoting.... behold the intelligence and creation of reenas brain...
=THE IDIOTS GUIDE TO COOKING A SOFT BOILED EGG , successfully..=

STEP 1: Find a small ceramic bowl about 5 cm in diameter.
STEP 2: Break all the eggs u wanna eat inside the bowl
STEP 3: Fill a pot with water and place the bowl inside the water.
DO NOT COVER THE BOWL WITH THE WATER!!!! (Make it like a water bath)
STEP 4: Cover the pot and switch the fire on.
STEP 5: Every few minutes or so you can check on the eggs progress since its already broken and yeah.. you have to stir it abit so that its all evenly cooked cos the sides harden faster than the middle.
STEP 6: Done? then carefully remove the bowl from the water bath and add any soya sauce or pepper or onion or anything crap u fancy and VOILA!
GOOD OL' SOFT BOILED EGG FOR YOU TO ENJOY!!
