2007/2008 Reflections and Goals

The year has finally come to an end. And what a year it has been! I suppose this has been one of the most exciting years for a while for me, and with 2008 and a totally new direction for me (PR and uni!) heres 18 things I achieved/didnt want to achieve but still did anyway! this year.




In 2007, I.....

1) Attempted part time work for the first time and got wrongly accused of flirting with collegue!
2) Bought my very first big ticket purchase w own moolah - Pink Sony Cybershot.
3) Attempted my first big exam - TEE
4) Passed TEE lol. (76.7)
5) Got my driving license
6) ....and did not get into any accidents.
7) Failed an assignment in English, for the very first time in my life lol
8) Bought, wore and published myself in a BIKINI!
9) Visited Canberra
10) Visited Sydney
11) Visited Adelaide
12) Attempted to enter a club, and got kicked out for no reason lol!
13) well.. 9450/10 000 score for Singstar counts too, right?
14) Put on alot of weight
15) Swam in the pouring thundery rain at the beach (dont attempt this kids. You might d*e)
16) Became somewhat dumber
17) Made more friends
18) TURNED LEGAL (:

2007 also saw the year of Aimi heading off to Japan and leaving me a pathetic loner in Perth =_= but that seperation really did test us, what with little titsy beetch feets over a certain H guy, everything still turned out well and she coming back in 4 days!!!!!!! =DD *happy face*

Also, I met alot of new and fantasmical people outside of my normal social circle, namely Samuel who showed me what a friggin small small world we live in!, awesome friends like Myspace-ers : Grammybob and Daniel, who reassured me that the net is not full of paedophiliacs, and got me evolving into a Mac Evangelist, respectively =D and of course, 2007 saw me spend too much time with M-Dogg and met her other partner-in-crime Mindie (: Spa-ing never got so camwhorish hahaha.. and and... the big gang of Aussie MYG! my heroossss!

Ah nice nice times yup. XD So heres a big thank you to everyone who in some way made my year smashing (:

In less than 24 hours, 2008 and an entirely new life for me will herald in the new year. What with getting Permanent Residency and (hopefully) a uni offer, 2008 wil be spent as my first permanent year in aussieland and us finally settling down on non-borrowed furniture and no prospect of having to keep moving between countries.

Theres so many thing I can do now after getting PR. I can get a new phone plan, I can get a job, and save money to travel, I can have concrete plans and actually execute them without the fear of moving AGAIN and thus plans down the drain. Its definitely a new life, just being settled and not continent-hopping half my life away.

2008 will also be my last year as a teenager *gasp* I can't believe Im getting so old, so fast! so, as to set a good start for 2008, heres 19 things I want to achieve in the coming new year...

In 2008, I will....

1) Eat something I would never eat
2) Buy my very own MacBook Pro =D I wish I could say Ipod Touch too, but Ive no reason to buy one lol.
3) Save and visit for a trip to NZ or Melbourne
4) Get into A.W.A.R.D.S School (Advertising School)
5) Get a solid part time job(s)
6) do at least 30min execise everyday
7) Lose 10kg
8) Grow up lol
9) Be nice.
10) Attempt clubbing AGAIN
11) Drive less, and move drumsticks more than they are moving now
12) Sleep less
13) Avoid Procrastination
14) Be more God-centered and less of a idiot noob.
15) Reduce my carbon footprint - less use of hair equipment
16) Stop being lazy and doing the bare minimum of work
17) Put TOSN into more practise hahahaha.
18) Find a boyfriend? HAHAHAHAAH - ok, its optional, but interested parties can apply now (:
19) turn 19 and enjoy life to the max!

So yeah there goes my somewhat list of goals and what nots, Obviously Im not going to stick to some of them, but its good to put things down in black and white (OR in my blog case, black and pink lol) so yeah.
