The Wierd Feelin'

Im feeling abit wierd
Ive had this strange undescribable feeling since I landed in Perth some 10 mnths ago. But couldnt put a finger onto what it is exactly.

Then today while drafting my english essay on the story Animal Farm (which I have to confess, is my best effort this year and Im really confident that after all my efforts, will get that A grade!),

holy oh holy....

I FINALLY REALISED WHAT WAS THE ROOT(S) OF THE UN-NAMEABLE FEELING.

I suppose Im gonna sound downright bimbotic saying this but like not that Im gonna go into chronic depression or whatever but I think Im suffering from a lack of asian guys.
(you know, asian girl naturally has preference for asian guys)

I can't believe Im saying this. I actually feel wierd cos there is a lack of asian guys. 0_o

I used to only feel wierd say if there was a lack of food, a lack of exam pressure (or any form of mental pressure - I thrive on pressure), a lack of good grades, a lack of friends, lack of PINK, lack of freedom of speech..etc etc But...this. *shifty eyes*

Whats wrong with you Reena??!!
Or is it normal?
Is there such phenomenon amongst emigrated females?
Or am I the only alien kuku around here?!

It is abit out of the ordinary for me.
When I was in Singapore I was surrounded in an atmosphere whereby every degree my head turns theres an asian guy. I feel normal and in a familar place where everyone looks like you thinks like you ..etc etc. You know, familiar place. Within your comfort zone.

Actually I never really had much interest in singaporean guys specifically anyway. They all so short.
WHERE ARE ALL THE TALL GUYS??!!

Then now that Im in Perth the number of asian guys here is proportionate to the number of brain cells I will probably have after the upcoming exams. So to put it in an anology, its like a drop in oestrogen and thus you slowly start losing all your female traits, start becoming uber hairy as your 10% of testosterone takes over (this percentage I anyhow HAMTAM one ok, can be less. Yes females have a approximately 10% of testosterone but I doubt mine is anywhere in that range because Im a self confessed minor tom-boy so thus more likely to be in the 20's range) and then you slowly morph into a guy.

So as the number of asian guys in my Perth social circle decreases, this wierd feeling increases.

EH SERIOUS CAN?
I am starting to miss the presence of asian guys lor.

But I have to say this wierd feeling arh, as it increases due to the lack of asian male acquaintences, so does my attraction towards white guys 0_o
Im starting to think white guys aint that bad after all.

So while it used to be 100% asian guy preference, currently its on a 70% asian/30% white rating.

What if I lived say.. in a aboriginal community somewhere in the ulu-ness? I wonder if I would get influenced and start thinking aboriginal guys are hot property?

Was that sentence about abo's racist? Hope not. I wasnt intending anything rude. ((:

Right now Im just gonna munch on chocolate chip cookies and pray that this feeling eventually tides over and I can return to normal human life. ^^

Ytd during english class whereby me and my gang of girls were supposed to be working on our essays (due this tuesday), instead we were trying out this number thingy on our mobile phones. How it works is that you sms your first and last name and the suburb you live in and it will come back a reply telling stuff about you. I swear this thing is like a stalker!

I typed mine in and it replied ...

Reena Tan hails from Woodvale SHS in WA. It remembers her being nominated as student of the month for 11X3 earlier this year. Is friends with Reece Langford.

The wierd thing is that my school and state is correct so is my form class (11X3) and so is the friends with Reece Langford thing but the Student of the Month nomination though my school has this program, I never got a nomination before so that *zzz* WRONG!

I didnt know who Reece Langford was till someone pointed him out as my maths classmate *shifty eyes*

Now that is too coincidental.

Alof of my friends got super accurate stuff too. One even said so and so was a big flirt which I have to agree, is 100% true.
And I did Aimi's name and it came out her primary school, high school and is a piano player which is alos true.
I think theres a higher being stalking us. =//

This thing only works within anywhere in Australia so if you are aussie resident you can try but be warned its $3 per send/reply so you might not want to start sending away your entire Friendster/MySpace friends list unless you just struck Lotto.
So say I sent mine, you gotta sms it in this format...

Reena Tan Joondalup

first name/last name/suburb
Understand? =))

Send it to 19926646
and wait about 2+ minutes for your reply.
Though some of the replied info is pretty random if you ask me.

I really wonder whats the secret behind all this.
Its pushed all my curiosity buttons good.

I suggested typing in 'John Howard Canberra' and guess what It came up with?!

Bongo sees John Howard currently in parliament discussing with *cant rmb which country* Prime Minister Al-shanitza discussing Iraqi forces.

I can't recall the exact name of the said country or its prime minister but I think I got the Al-shanitza name close enough.
Now how wierd would it be if Howard was really in parliament talking iraqi forces?!
